Create a Pay-on-Use-Returns Label Manually

You can create Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) shipping labels manually, such as after you have printed the outbound shipping label through any carrier, and your customer requests to return an item.

You can manually create EPR shipping labels in the same way that you would manually create an outbound label: On the Design tab, enter the mailing and delivery addresses, weight, and mail class.

To use EPR functionality, you must contact an Endicia sales representative to:

Agree to specific terms and conditions.
Have your account enabled for EPR shipping labels.

Steps

Verify that you have set up return service shipping labels—specifically, select This is a Pay-on-Use-Returns label on the Premium Options tab.
On the Design tab, complete the mailing and delivery addresses, and so on.
Review the label, and when ready, click the Print.

You can send the EPR shipping label by email or regular mail to the customer
